Port of Jewels is a jewellery manufacturer from Surat, India. We design and make fine diamond jewellery for jewellery brands around the world, and now for you, directly.

Built by people who work with jewellery every day
We didn’t start as a brand. We started as jewellery professionals who wanted to make pieces our own way.

An idea at work
Port of Jewels was started by two friends, Abhishek Nakrani and Nirmal Satani, who were working in a jewellery company. One day we decided to build our own jewellery business, and we started it on the side while keeping our jobs.

2022: Officially registered
We registered the business with the Indian Government’s GST portal and began selling online, listing our jewellery on marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon.

Finding our real strength: making jewellery
Online selling taught us a lot, but we loved the making side most. We focused on working with jewellery businesses, and our first B2B client sold in Australia and the USA and needed a reliable manufacturer. To serve her, we set up a small workshop with just 4–5 goldsmiths.

2024–2025: A new partner
Milan Lunagariya started with Port of Jewels as a member of our team. His work and commitment earned him an offer of partnership, and in 2024–2025 he joined the business as a partner.

Today
About four years later, we make jewellery for more than 50 B2B clients, and a growing number of customers buy from us directly through this website. Our team has grown to more than 25 experienced CAD designers and manufacturing staff.
